If you believe you were scammed by a website or seller claiming to sell Cali Clear products, please report the incident to our team.
Send us the website address, details about your transaction and any evidence that can help us understand what happened.
Your report may help us identify websites or sellers that are falsely presenting themselves as legitimate sources.

Send us the complete website URL that you used when making your purchase or communicating with the seller.
Payment Proof
Include a screenshot or copy of your payment confirmation, transaction receipt, invoice or other proof showing that you made a payment.
Conversation Screenshots
Include screenshots of your conversations with the website, seller or person you communicated with.
Explain What Happened
Tell us what happened from the beginning, including what you purchased, how you contacted the seller, how you paid and what happened afterward.

What to Include in Your Email

The More Information You Provide, the Better
Helpful evidence may include screenshots of the website, payment confirmations, order information, emails, text messages, social media conversations, tracking information and other communications with the seller.
Please keep the original files whenever possible and provide clear screenshots that show the relevant information.
Protect Your Sensitive Information
Before sending screenshots or documents, remove passwords, banking login information, full credit or debit card numbers, CVV/security codes and other sensitive financial information.
We only need information relevant to understanding your report and the transaction.
Submitting a report does not automatically establish that a website, seller or transaction is fraudulent. Reports are reviewed based on the information and supporting evidence provided.
